J & C Migrations ("JCM") does not collect, store, use or disclose personally identifying information except as described below.

JCM provides the Software Conversions described at www.jcmigrations.com ("Services") based on contractual agreement with customers. Services are performed either at the JCM offices, or at customers' own sites. All source files are considered confidential.

E-mail communications, and notes taken during Telephone conversations are the only form of contact information recorded by JCM for a potential customer making an inquiry. The only way this information is or will ever be used by JCM is for direct communications between JCM and the potential customer.

Upon successful completion of a Service project, JCM may request a customer to allow JCM to name it on the JCM Web pages, write or approve a testimonial for publication by JCM or its partners, and/or provide references for subsequent potential customers. Any customer contact information will only be disclosed by JCM per the satisfied customer's explicit permission.

Any technical information provided by JCM to customers, and by customers to JCM, is covered by explicit Confidentiality Agreements (such as our mutual Confidentiality Agreement).
